Corporate workshops.
Workshops are delivered in person by Amilya. The standing day rate is $50,000.
One-Day Intensive
Up to 25 leaders. One pattern named across the leadership group, with the cost mapped and the first new behavior set.
Two-Day Deep Dive
Up to 50 people. 25 leaders on day one, the same 25 leaders plus 25 of their employees on day two. Day two adds the behavior stacking tools.
Enterprise & Custom
Multiple cohorts, a tailored sequence, and Decode AI layered in so the work continues after the room.
A single day carries a $10,000 single day premium. The two day commitment works out at $50,000 per day and saves $20,000 against two separate single days. Travel and venue are billed separately at cost.

Decode AI starts at $149 per month for an individual leader. Decode AI with Amilya, where Amilya joins the session directly, is $999 per month per leader with limited spots. Team pricing is per seat, and enterprise is custom. All plans are billed monthly and Decode AI is in early access.
Workshops are delivered in person by Amilya. The One-Day Intensive is $60,000 for up to 25 leaders. The Two-Day Deep Dive is $100,000 for up to 50 people. Travel and venue are billed separately at cost. Enterprise and Custom programs are tailored to the organization.
